All the benefits of our classic cycling class in a shorter amount of time! This 45 minute workout will have your heart pumping with varying intervals & roads.


This 45 minute class provides a full body workout! Consisting of timed intervals both on and off the bikes that combine cardio and strength. Expect a variety of exercises that will keep your heart rate elevated while you strengthen and shape your muscles. 


30 minutes of Indoor Cycling followed by 30 minutes of strength training exercises off the bike. This full body workout will include use of equipment such as weights, bands etc. Get both your cardio and strength training in one class!
